Referral Policy

We love referrals! When you refer a friend you receive 20% off of your haircut and they receive 20% off their haircut as well.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to both stylists and other guests, we ask clients who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment to please give 24 hours notice or more. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the original appointment time, you will be charged 30% of the service (or services).

Late Policy

We understand that things happen, we just ask you to notify us if you are going to be late for your appointment. (Text or email is preferred!) Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule to ensure every client has the best experience possible. (30% late cancellation fees may apply.)

Payments And Gratuity Policy

We accept cash and all major credit cards for salon services. Gratuities in cash or Venmo are strongly preferred.

Parking

We can validate in the lot on Belden up to 90 minutes for free! Simply ask one of us when you come in, we’re happy to give you a sticker. When leaving, scan the bar code on the receipt from the lot and then scan the sticker. The total will be displayed on the screen.

Return Policy

We accept product returns within 14 days of the purchase date. A credit on the product will be valid for up to 6 months.

Satisfaction Policy

Our top priority is your happiness, if for some reason we do not meet your needs or expectations with your service, we invite you to return within 14 days of your service to create a look you will be satisfied with.

Pet Policy

We love your furry friends and invite you to come by to say hi while out for a walk. We do ask if you could please leave Spot at home while receiving services as a courtesy to other guests.
